Где-то читала, что его четвёртая труба не дымила.

Да, дымоходы котлов в нее не выводились: в ней проходила шахта вентиляции турбинного отделения, а также камбузный дымоход. Так что иногда все же дымила, но чуть-чуть - гораздо слабее чем первые три.
